ricci mercedes i have been coming here for about 8 years. prior to that my mom has been with Ely since i was a teenager. Ely, CEO , is absolutely amazing at what she does. it’s an art for her she absolutely enjoys what she does. primarily it’s always prioritizing the clients and ensuring an exceptional experience catering to our needs and paying special attention to detail. they take their time and always welcoming and warm. Surkary is amazing, she’s new it’s my first time with her but she is warm, gentle, welcoming, fun and a perfectionist , paying special attention to all details. she prioritizes perfection and definitely enjoys her craft!

Tiffy Lu I like how my toe nails came out except the lady cut too much of my cuticles off and made two of my toes bleed. Praying to the lord I don’t get an infection. Its $30 for gel and you basically have no choice because if you want regular nail polish you have to “dry your nails outside” per the signs on the wall and the employees themselves say so.

Diana Rodriguez The technicians are awesome, especially Lorena, Maria and Denis…. But the boss Marcelo is difficult at times…. He didn’t allow Maria to use the same color on my feet because it’s a “new” color…. So why was it allowed to be used on my fingernails last week? I am NOT happy with his customer service today!!! Not feeling valued as a customer that’s been coming here for more than 10 yrs!!!
