Deb S. Today was my first visit with Dr. McGowan. Her staff were very friendly and welcoming. And I felt very good about my decision to switch to Dr. McGowan. She listened very well and was very nice.

Jessica DemMc I really like this office. Ashley and Melanie are great, they take their time with you and listen to your concerns. The office is clean and all of the staff are very friendly. The only thing I do not like is their patient portal. Unlike other patient portals, you cannot see much and it constantly logs you out while you’re trying to send a message or navigate the site.

Heather Brent I absolutely love the entire team at Lockport Pediatrics, especially Debbie and Dr. Baier. As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow.

Elaine Farchione I have gone to Dr Pal for years, I find it hard to believe these criticisms are of the same Dr Pal. Starting with the office workers, not once have they been rude, in fact they are very caring as are the nurses and PA’s I got very sick in another state, went to ER, through out the night the ER Dr talked with Dr Pal three time figuring the best way to treat me. I came home the next day and the very next day Dr Pal had me in his office at 9 am. Sure sounds like.a Caring Dr to me. Anyone can say anything on social media true or not. The Dr cannot defend himself/herself with ethics and HIPA . I hope when people are looking for. a Physician they take into consideration, most of these reviews are disgruntled people that didn’t hear what they preferred to hear, I have recommended Dr Pal and will continue to do so. You’re in good hands!

jennifer g Always there, staff really cares, UPDATE 1/11/25- theyre now in the old bank 100 Main street! All NEW everything AND dental clinic opening soon in same building! They take ALL insurances and also do sliding scale, Lockport has needed this! Its right across the street from the bus stop, the high rise and sub delicious

Susan Robinson Great doctor!! Best obgyn I have ever been too. He is also very smart, He takes time and listens. He really cares about his patients! Wish I would of went to him for my 3 boys.

Nicole Heitzenrater We love Lindsey!! She is amazing and has taken such great care of my newborn. She treats your childrens needs as if they were her own. She is kind and listens, we never feel rushed! We have also seen Dr. Beney he is thorough yet patient. I highly recommend this office.

Life in Tornado alley Mr Cappuccino, youre one of the best, funnest person Ive had the honor to meet. You and your family is amazing! Back when Nick was in boy scouts troop 40 in Wrights corners, everyone enjoyed your positive vibes. From Mr Parks our scout master, to our boys that Nick would continually make laugh. From that to hanging with Nick and Mike Weaver, including my mother Marietta who is Lockports best nurse practitioner. We consider you as a family friend. Heres to you and your family.
