Extremely easy to work with and helped us every step with the insurance company and adjuster / highly recommend / 10/10 - couldn’t ask for any better

C C I was quoted 200 to 300 for my back brake pads and one rotors thay was insane since i knew the parts for my car were not that much so I called and he only charges me $80 for labor and my oarts were 100 dollars will come again . it great to finally meet someome who is not teyimg to break you

Alicia Burke I highly recommend Nextgen for all of your car service needs. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and they provide top notch service every time. Recently I got a flat tire when I called while on the road, they not only got me right in, but they got me a new tire with tire protection plan. They always make sure that my car is safe to operate and I always leave feeling confident in the repair they have completed. They are transparent with every step of your repair providing real time updates (including pictures) via text and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a repair shop that is honest and is proud of their work, GO TO NEXTGEN . They are FANTASTIC!

Raymond Risucci Edit: I wasnt confused, I clearly understood what was said. Mike called me yesterday and asked if i was coming in to pick up my car if not he would have it towed. First sentence. No prior conversation or warning. I brought the car there last week for a repair estimate $7k, the quote took them a couple days no big deal. I left The car there for a few additional days while waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. We are talking Thursday to Tuesday. It’s wild to think this employees first response is to threaten a client of the business. It just shows poor management and no leadership at that business. Apparently Mike is the manager so it’s obvious there will be no correction to his unprofessional behavior. I bought my last 3 vehicles at dons ford, never again.

Steve Mazurowski Sal put 4 new tires on for me today and inspected my vehicle. His prices were fair, his mechanic knowledge was excellent. The service was faster then I thought it would be. Hes a honest guy and I will be returning for future car repairs. Highly recommended!
