Eric Lutz It’s hard to find a mechanic who knows what he’s doing and is friendly and professional. It’s almost *impossible* to find one willing to go that extra mile when the chips are down. On a day when they “just happened to be in the shop” they rescued our son broken down by the side of the road, were intelligent and experienced enough to call ahead for spare parts before they closed and got him fixed up and on the road faster than an F1 pit crew. Nothing but GREAT things to say about Fred Jacobs Auto Service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jeremy Anthony If youre looking for a professional job hassle free then this is the place for you. I bought my vehicle new and they made it look better than the day I received it from dealer. The shop dont look fancy but the work is amazing. They are very informative on what is going on with your vehicle and how long it will take.

Raymond Risucci Edit: I wasnt confused, I clearly understood what was said. Mike called me yesterday and asked if i was coming in to pick up my car if not he would have it towed. First sentence. No prior conversation or warning. I brought the car there last week for a repair estimate $7k, the quote took them a couple days no big deal. I left The car there for a few additional days while waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. We are talking Thursday to Tuesday. It’s wild to think this employees first response is to threaten a client of the business. It just shows poor management and no leadership at that business. Apparently Mike is the manager so it’s obvious there will be no correction to his unprofessional behavior. I bought my last 3 vehicles at dons ford, never again.

Meaghan Greenway I got stuck in my driveway at almost 2 o clock in the morning with the entirety of my car in the road. After many attempts to get my car out of the snow and unstuck, Mikale, showed up with his truck offering to help. He towed us out of my driveway and i was able to park correctly. He helped so much and was incredibly kind, id probably still be stuck as Im writing this if it werent for him. Thank you
