Dot Donahue No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesnt seem fair. Ive been going here for about 15 years. If youre lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, youre set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! One of the best features is they alert you when an earlier appt opens up, and you can accept it through the portal. It also has tons of your health records accessible, even from 15 years ago! Sure there are some downsides. But those issues would apply to any large doctors office, and they dont deter my 5⭐ rating.

I was still sitting in the waiting room whilst those 8 people were promptly sent through to be seen. Enough was enough. As an independent contractor, I had other appointments to do that day and I left without being seen for my appointment. The reception behind the frosted glass barrier re-scheduled me for another day and really didn’t seem to care about how long I had been waiting. What’s happening with our world. The “don’t give a crap factor” far outweighs any customer service at this “factory”
