Steven DuBon Honest and very straightforward. This is the type of mechanic I always strive to find and I’m grateful that I came across them. Everywhere else charges an arm and a leg to work on my Audi but these guys have very fair prices and do great work, highly recommend. 10/10

Jennifer Krohn UPDATE: Zack the location manager made it right. I don’t want to remove the initial review but updated the grade. If you value your time this is a terrible place to take your car. Everyone has a bad day but TWICE I have brought this car to an appointment for a job I was told would take a couple of hours that was not completed on the day promised and I wound up having services that I did not even go there for. Today is Mother’s Day. A 9:00am oil change/tire rotation became a partial strut replacement and an oil change that was not partially finished until 4:30pm. The first time I had a appointment for install of tires that turned into a break job and the tires weren’t even there (withheld that truth) and I had to bring it back a second time for that. The cake is that they also upcharge the parts. The struts they just replaced are $250 yet I walked out with my car in worse shape than it was when I arrived with an over $800 bill and they expect me to pay more because they didn’t replace the top of the strut which was why it supposedly is making the noise. It all seems very much like a complete scam that they want to use to bilk me out of more time and money. It wasn’t just me. I saw other people going through some crap but when he told me about the struts and said it would add an hour and a half I tried to postpone the service for another time as I reiterate ITS MOTHERS DAY and all day long they just kept promising it will be a little bit longer. HONESTY would be nice. Being busy is understandable but lying about how long it will take so you can keep me on the hook to extract more cash is an effective way to end our relationship. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Brittany Macfie Stewart was very nice. I was trying to get parts for my mom and was unsure of what kind of engine she had. He was willing to write down her name and work with her later on!

Patrick Solid experience. I arrived unnanoucned, with my Volvo on a flatbed with a dead starter. I was able to provide a part within a few days, and in less than a week my car was ready. The crew had to push my 4000lb tank across the parking lot, so much appreciated for your efforts! This is a third generation family run business. I respect the owner for being so transparent, and not looking to nickel and dime me for extras. Knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly staff. If youre unsure about where to bring your car, dont over think it.. Just go to Ed Sears. As someone whos done all of my own work, from exhaust, brakes, suspension, water pumps, and more, I can tell when a shop is sketchy— and Sears is NOT one of those shops.

Brad S Great family business. Had panel replaced and painted on my 2017 RAM pickup and looks just like new. Fair prices and honest family who does high quality work. I won’t go anywhere else for our auto care and repair needs, brining my wife’s 2018 Jeep Cherokee for rust work as well.

Saratoga Candy Co. This place is top notch. I got a car from Carvana that I had always wanted. It needed a few major things fixed that Carvana paid for but MAN they took their time. Kristen took the time to call them and get the parts and also keep me posted. I have her on speed dial now!! Thank you for everything. I’m using you for all my Mustang needs.
