Samantha Brooks I want to take a moment to share a great review for Croteau and Sons Service Center. I had one of the worst mornings of my life when my car struck a metal box on the highway, narrowly avoiding what could have been a major accident. Thankfully, Croteau and Sons were the tow company dispatched to help me. They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had been dreading the cost, since in the past towing has always been very expensive for me. But they ordered me a new tire and repaired my vehicle for just $309. I’m truly grateful to them for being fair and honest instead of charging outrageous prices like many other tow companies. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever find yourself in a tough spot!

Nathan Patenaude Randy and his team at Cole’s went above and beyond. In December a turkey went through my 2021 ford f150’s windshield. What looked like a windshield and little dents turned into a bigger project than expected but they kept the ball moving. Picked the truck up today and you would never know there was damage. Amazing team and fantastic management. Could not recommend anyone better for repairs. Super pleased

Michele Dollar I recently had some body work done to my vehicle from this auto body shop. Im handicapped and use hand controls so it was very important to me that I get my car back ASAP nice I cannot use a rental car to my handicap. The owner, Glen, was excellent about planning my repair to happen within 2 days. One day to get the adjuster over to the body shop and one day to complete the repairs. I couldnt believe my car when I went to pick it up as it looked more beautiful than when I picked it up off the showroom floor years ago. He did an excellent, excellent job. I highly recommend this auto body repair shop to anybody that needs worked on to their vehicle.

Larry Migliozzi My brakes sounded a little funny after my car had sat idle for the winter. Took it in for an inspection, and was told everything was fine, that the car probably needed to be run awhile. Gave me the thicknesses on my pads as reassurance. Dennis, at the front desk was excellent.

Erin Adams I drive an older wrangler, so of course there is always something breaking and Jackson’s keeps taking care of me with exceptional service. The woman at the front desk is so friendly, they are upfront about how long it will be before they can work on my vehicle, and the mechanics are able to diagnose and fix the problem every time. I never feel like they are pushing extra parts on me like the dealership. They will continue to be my go-to shop for as long as my jeep keeps running.

Bill S I was referred here from a friend and have bringing my car here ever since. Ive had a quote from 3 other places about a transmission shudder, was told I needed a rebuild even. Jim was able to use some kind of lube and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. Was also told I needed a new exhaust manifold that would run over$600. Jim found that it was a rusted connection causing the loudness. My car runs better than when I bought it now! Hes a straight shooter. Garage inst some fancy place and it might take him a little while to get to your car but idc waiting. I just want my car fixed properly so hes the one I go to. Highly recommend

Patrick Solid experience. I arrived unnanoucned, with my Volvo on a flatbed with a dead starter. I was able to provide a part within a few days, and in less than a week my car was ready. The crew had to push my 4000lb tank across the parking lot, so much appreciated for your efforts! This is a third generation family run business. I respect the owner for being so transparent, and not looking to nickel and dime me for extras. Knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly staff. If youre unsure about where to bring your car, dont over think it.. Just go to Ed Sears. As someone whos done all of my own work, from exhaust, brakes, suspension, water pumps, and more, I can tell when a shop is sketchy— and Sears is NOT one of those shops.
