craig trietiak I just had my 2015 truck serviced by Jims Service. I personally went under my truck to see where the oil was leaking. I couldnt find where but noticed a lot of oil all over the place. I was expecting a large repair and it just ended up being a faulty oil filter. Definitely will use them again for all of my repairs. Thank you!

Patrick Solid experience. I arrived unnanoucned, with my Volvo on a flatbed with a dead starter. I was able to provide a part within a few days, and in less than a week my car was ready. The crew had to push my 4000lb tank across the parking lot, so much appreciated for your efforts! This is a third generation family run business. I respect the owner for being so transparent, and not looking to nickel and dime me for extras. Knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly staff. If youre unsure about where to bring your car, dont over think it.. Just go to Ed Sears. As someone whos done all of my own work, from exhaust, brakes, suspension, water pumps, and more, I can tell when a shop is sketchy— and Sears is NOT one of those shops.

Marylou Caputo My first time going to Bakers Auto Service Center and I was very impressed with the service. They were very professional, did excellent work, very fair on pricing. They were very nice people to work with. I will definitely being going back to them with any issues with my car. My only regret is that i hadnt gone to them sooner.

Jennifer Krohn UPDATE: Zack the location manager made it right. I don’t want to remove the initial review but updated the grade. If you value your time this is a terrible place to take your car. Everyone has a bad day but TWICE I have brought this car to an appointment for a job I was told would take a couple of hours that was not completed on the day promised and I wound up having services that I did not even go there for. Today is Mother’s Day. A 9:00am oil change/tire rotation became a partial strut replacement and an oil change that was not partially finished until 4:30pm. The first time I had a appointment for install of tires that turned into a break job and the tires weren’t even there (withheld that truth) and I had to bring it back a second time for that. The cake is that they also upcharge the parts. The struts they just replaced are $250 yet I walked out with my car in worse shape than it was when I arrived with an over $800 bill and they expect me to pay more because they didn’t replace the top of the strut which was why it supposedly is making the noise. It all seems very much like a complete scam that they want to use to bilk me out of more time and money. It wasn’t just me. I saw other people going through some crap but when he told me about the struts and said it would add an hour and a half I tried to postpone the service for another time as I reiterate ITS MOTHERS DAY and all day long they just kept promising it will be a little bit longer. HONESTY would be nice. Being busy is understandable but lying about how long it will take so you can keep me on the hook to extract more cash is an effective way to end our relationship. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Samantha Brooks I want to take a moment to share a great review for Croteau and Sons Service Center. I had one of the worst mornings of my life when my car struck a metal box on the highway, narrowly avoiding what could have been a major accident. Thankfully, Croteau and Sons were the tow company dispatched to help me. They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had been dreading the cost, since in the past towing has always been very expensive for me. But they ordered me a new tire and repaired my vehicle for just $309. I’m truly grateful to them for being fair and honest instead of charging outrageous prices like many other tow companies. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever find yourself in a tough spot!
