5 /5 Momma OMany: Had my first visit yesterday with Jennifer. I was seen promptly and she was so nice Wonderful bedside manner, very helpful. The office staff were also very nice. I have been looking for a new OB, so happy to have found this practice!

5 /5 Stephanie Codd: Dr. Gupta and the whole team here are so kind. I have always had serious doctor anxiety, and when you’re pregnant you have to go quite often to make sure all is well! The staff is courteous, kind, understanding and patient. Dr. Gupta herself is very knowledgeable and compassionate and never treats you like a chart, always listening to the whole picture and treating you like an individual. The ultrasound tech that I’ve always had is very gentle and kind as well, and the nurses always return phone calls with crazy questions from nervous first time moms within 24 hours. Even the receptionists are so kind and welcoming! I would recommend them to any new mom or woman.

1 /5 FP: Extremely unprofessional and uncaring to the community they serve. Many women in Lockport do not have childcare options or ease of transportation yet this office expects you to come in for 1 appointment just to pee and a second 2 appointment for the ultrasound. It seems like a scammerish waste of my time to make me come in twice to simply confirm a pregnancy. Why make it two appointments?!? unless you are trying to milk insurance? The pee results takes two minutes. Its also insulting to treat women as incompetent like the home tests they have taken for weeks could possibly all be inaccurate and some special lab test would know better. The ultrasound takes two seconds to squirt some lube and pull the wand out. Why are you making it seem more complicated? Why are you guys trying to make things unnecessarily difficult? Are you under the impression that the poor women of lockport have so much free time on their hands, I can promise you we dont. I told the receptionist Ive never heard of such a thing. She put me on hold then came back to ask my birthdate. I said "so you can do it in one appointment" and she replied "No." So why is Karen trying to collect my birthdate and obtain personally identifiable information about me if Ive already made it clear that does not work for me. Nice try.

1 /5 Toed Princess: HORRIBLE!!! Wish I could give zero stars. They messed up my initial appointment and had me scheduled for the wrong thing. Dr. Gupta is unfriendly and rushed thru the appts. She doesn’t really answer questions and is awkward. Nursing staff is even worse and will threaten to drop you as a patient for even voicing concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

1 /5 Cecelia Ivy Artistic Chaos: Playing phone tag instead of actually making an appointment. You call and it says you can make an appointment online as well. Cant find it anywhere in the site. I should have to use my breaks at work to spend ten minutes on the phone and still not have an appointment. Why do you waste our time?
