Rick Smith I was there on December 5th and I was very impressed, probably the best experience I have ever had in a Doctors office. I arrived a few minutes early and they brought me right in. Everyone was so kind and professional and knowledgeable and organized, I really couldnt get over it.

N M Patients were lined up around the wall and it was packed in the ER waiting room. However, that had no effect on the excellent care provided by the nursing staff in the ER. Lily is superb at her job. Mo is amazing. The charge nurse too, though I cant remember her name. I expressed my concern about the delay in seeing my loved one, but she gently explained the difference between patients waiting on one side versus those on another. Under such circumstances, a little understanding and thoughtful explanation go a long way. I am amazed at the work these folks have to do, Day In/Day Out. Most amazing is that they do it with a smile, patience, care, and the utmost competence.

Sandra Rhodes I want to send a thank you to the entire staff at Schuyler Med/Surg Swing bed. Thank you for the wonderful, compassionate, and personal care you gave me during my stay. It was exceptional and I am sure contributed to my recovery. I highly recommend this facility. The food was also very good.

Chandra Feliciano My son loves going to Dr.Gioia because he always answers all my sons questions.My son was concerned about his weight and Dr.Gioia put him at ease by telling him that he was way more chunky as a kid than my son is.My son said "WOW how did you become so skinny now?"and Dr.Gioia replied by eating right and exercising.

Malcolm Crane My lung collapsed, and I booked it to the emergency room. I was hesitant because of the 2.1 star review, but they have earned all five stars from me. Nurse Leslie: Explained procedures clearly, ensured my pain was minimal, kept my spirit high, and was polite and kind the whole night. Very funny, very sweet, and most importantly, she was calm when I was nervous. 5 star nurse!! Dr. Page: He was very quick to get me into the emergency room after seeing my x-rays. He was having a very busy night and was still kind and patient with me. I thank him and the big man who was with him for fixing my collapsed lung! Once I got upstairs into the hospital room, nurse Ann was taking care of me. She was also very good at keeping my spirits high and keeping my pain low. I want to thank her as well. Dr. Michael Petrosino was also amazing. He prescribed some medication for me and made sure I felt good enough to leave. Hes a very professional and caring doctor. Thank you. Everyone who helped me at this hospital genuinely cared about me and my issues. Ive never had such amazing care at a hospital ever before in my life. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!

Mark Huller I went to the Syracuse VA for X-rays on 1/16/2025 and it was a walk in appointment. I was called within minutes of checking in. Dawn, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant and friendly and I had a very nice interaction with her. I have always had positive experiences at the Syracuse VA, but Dawn went above and beyond in her duties. She should be recognized and commended for the care i received and Im sure others have had just as positive experiences. Dawn is a good example of how people should be treated and cared for. She is s good role model for others to learn from. Thank you Dawn

Nicholas McIntyre This is hands down the worst doctor weve ever had the displeasure of going to. My wife made an appointment with him because she wasnt feeling well and was having migraines. Instead of examining her he said "well ur having a panic attack and all your symptoms are due to anxiety" and then proceeded to call an ambulance to take her to the auburn er to get a CT scan. We proceeded to spend 10 hours in the er just for the er doc to finally tell us that she had a simple sinus infection something that could have been figured out in a 10 minute exam by doctor duckett if he cared to do an exam and not just write her off as a panic attack just because she was crying from the pain of her migraine. Doctor duckett has no bedside manner and does not care about his patients.
