Matthew Ocean I recently ended up going to the ER at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. I was in excruciating abdominal pain, and seen after only waiting a half hour or so. While it took a while to get imaging done, the ER staff were all so kind and helpful. Doing what they could to try and relieve my pain and give me fluids. Once imaging confirmed it was my gallbladder, I was given an anti-inflammatory that helped immensely bring the pain down from a 10 to a 3. After a couple hours I was taken up to my official room and would be having surgery in the afternoon. Nursing staff overnight was so sweet, and checked on me often, but not too often where I couldn’t get some naps in. In the afternoon I was brought down to surgery and spoke with the surgeon, anesthesiologist, nursing staff, ER techs, etc. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Don’t remember a thing after being wheeled into the operating room. When I was brought to my room, once again the nursing staff was so amazing to me, up until my discharge the following day. To summarize. Crouse Hospital and staff really helped me so much in an emergency situation. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, ER techs, medical technicians, nursing assistants, to even the sanitation staff and the staff who takes food orders were all seriously so incredibly gentle, caring, and sweet to me. No hyperbole, EVERY medical staff member treated me with the utmost kindness. I hope I don’t have to go to the hospital again anytime soon, but if I’m still in Syracuse, it’s Crouse. Thank you to everyone from the hospital who helped me.

Anne Malvaso Dr. Wasileski always takes extra medical steps to make sure she addresses all my medical issues. I am so grateful to her because she saved me from a heart attack. I had no pain and never had any heart issues but again, Dr. Wasileski went a bit further and from the tests she took, she immediately referred me to a Cardiologist which then resulted in open heart surgery. I have a chronic disease and I always feel so much stronger and better after my visits with her. Such an outstanding Staff and Office workers. I am so grateful Dr. Wasileski is here for our community.

wienkoop sandy (Scoop63) She is the best PC Dr Ive had since Ive moved to Port Byron NY. She is very knowledgeable and very throw, she doesnt rush her appointments and I feel well educated about my condition when I leave her office. Iam a very complexed case with many health issues and a heart transplant patient and she is very knowledgeable about my conditions and will go the extra mile of calling my transplant team if needed, she is also incontacted with my kidney Dr and my hemotologist/ oncologist so I feel very comfortable with her recommended treatments and she always includes me in my plan of care. I hope so never decides to leave the practice because shell be a very tough one to replace.

Nicole Tanner Never return calls, even after calling 3x. Faxing paperwork between them and another company is NOT a simple task. Tried to leave a message after not getting called back and was hung up on.

Melissa Brown My son was blessed to have Nures Khayla, she was very attentive and really looked out for our best interests very impressed and satisfied. A huge thank you to everyone who helped my son out especially nurse Khayla!!!:)

DA Kalabanka Dr. Bennett is a first class medical provider. He has been my son’s doctor for several years and we couldn’t be more pleased. He has been very helpful and accommodating . He is easy to communicate with and his care has been first rate. I highly recommend him.

Alex Somerville I was treated on November 25th for lung issues that made me pass out. The staff was not as slammed as hospitals can be,nthese days. I received empathy, professionalism and understanding. A nurse practitioner names Josh and a RN named Kelly were fantastic. Thank you to them. Life isnt easy for some of us. They cared and they were very sweet. My ailments were treated and I am home resting

Ryan Wright Was my childhood doctor and super nice and knowlegable. Was always a pleasure to deal with. As a parent I am not sure, but since my parents never changed he must have been great.
