Zoë Maldonado I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Dominic Pengjad The hotel is quite dated, and the parking deck is very dirty and sketchy. The front desk service is excellent. I asked for a room with a capital view, and it was given to me. The view is beautiful, and the location is amazing. There is no in-room microwave, and breakfast is not included. Depending on the person working, the bars customer service can be hit or missed.

Girl Garden (GardenGirl65) This was the first appointment with this provider. I accompanied an elderly family member for their appointment. Dr Ted was kind and spoke directly with my family member. He also listened attentively to the details I recounted and then offered follow up input for moving forward. He also retrieved information quickly to help him evaluate the circumstances of the visit. He was clear on a f/u plan, his concerns and when to see him next. Directed us to other providers for f/u. He also discussed delicate information with my family member and was kind but direct re information and provided paper work and guidance. We both liked Dr Ted very much. Very productive appointment.

Ashley Wysocarski Great team, I’ve had nothing but ease of scheduling and wonderful associates who have helped. Using the MyChart app has been a breeze, and the doctors or physicians assistance have set the standard of communicative.

Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Keith DeNivo No complaints. My pcp is here. Everyone seems nice. They give referrals if you need them. They always addressed my health concerns.

Kurt Seitz A horrific experience a few months ago. Waited nearly 24 hours to be seen before walking out and driving to Westchester Med, where we were seen right away. At least they had someone check in the waiting room occasionally to see if anyone had passed away while waiting. We will never go back.
