Randy Dimick I was feeling stressed leading up to my sleep study appointment because I dont sleep well outside of my home, and thinking about having all of those sensors attached to me made it worse. When I arrived, Jennifer took me to my bedroom, which was very nice, like a hotel room. She was extremely kind and made me feel at ease while I was there.

Tim Hubbard I was a CHF patient for four years at this location until December 3, 2024. In the four years as a patient, I had three different cardiologists. The first two cardiologists left the practice for personal reasons. My scheduled appointment in September 2024, was canceled due to the lack of an available physician. The appointment was scheduled again for December 3. When I arrived for my 2:30 PM appointment, I was checked in and waited an hour and a half. Other patients came and were called back to see their providers and left. I asked why I was waiting so long and the front desk assistant said, “this is crazy, I don’t know what happened.” She left the desk for five minutes and came back and tried to schedule yet another appointment for the following week. The following day, the clinic reported me as a “no-show“ and started a string of harassing phone calls to try to get me to reschedule. As far as I know, they have dishonestly billed my insurance for the so-called no-show. There was no apology given. It is quite clear that they do not put their patients first as they consistently failed to provide me with consistent and professional care.

Kate DiGraziano I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of care I received at the Triage/CPEP units. I came in with pretty severe withdrawals & suicidal thoughts, and the nurses/in-house psychiatrists could not have been more compassionate, non-judgmental and attentive towards me. Not only that, but they were very professional in giving me a concrete mental health plan going forward (setting up an appointment with a new psychiatrist for medication management, and another with a social worker I can speak with going forward). It made me feel like I was not alone in this, which is very important in my opinion. If you are in crisis, it can be scary to think of going to one of these places. But I can assure you, one mentally ill chick to another, they will help you here. The waiting room is a bit chaotic -- but once youre back in a room, they really will take care of you. Highly recommend for anyone going through a similar crisis -- there is nothing to be afraid of, they truly want to help you feel like yourself again.

Jimae Hubert Excellent titration lab experience! My technician Blaise did a great job explaining everything as he connected all my sensors and answering all my questions. The room was comfortable, just like a hotel room, with a TV and bathroom with shower. I brought my own mask and CPAP pillow and was fitted there with an F&P Evora full face mask just in case which they allowed me to keep. I am already an established CPAP user but was having trouble staying asleep and getting enough REM. I slept fairly well at the lab; Blaise figured out my optimal mode and pressure, and I have been getting great results at home ever since with his recommended settings. I never would have managed this on my own. Dr. Patel ordered my study without question when I told him I was still walking up multiple times each night even with low AHI and no mask leaks. The mode and settings ordered by my initial provider were WAY off. I would recommend Dr. Patel at Neuro Medical Associates and Lourdes Sleep Lab to anyone with suspected sleep apnea or to get your CPAP settings dialed in. They are fantastic! Dont give up on CPAP therapy, and dont let your provider brush off your concerns. It takes time, practice, and support to find what works. If your provider doesnt listen to you or rushes you out of the office, find a new one! UPDATE: Be aware that if you have ever been diagnosed with asthma or any other sort of breathing issues, even mild and not currently being/needing treatment, Dr. Patel will not keep you as a patient because he is not a pulmonologist. You will very likely be getting a referral to Dr. Shah or others in the area. This was my experience, anyway.

Bobby Scott After being here for the last 6 months I have found that the staff here really cares about all the residents. The activities director always has fun things set up for everyone and the administrator is always there for the residents and her employees. Here at Christmas time, they had all the hallways decorated and it really put out a home feeling. I am proud to be able to help people and its a joy to watch others do the same.

david clifford Amazing care with both of our children. Having a disabled child receive great care in this area is scarce but this office is wonderful from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors. They not only listen but have good knowledge in disability care and suggestions, helping us make more better and informed decisions. Couldn’t recommend them more to any friends or family looking for better care in the area.

Sabina Yesmin This place is awosome. I want to write a nurse assistant name. Her name is Emma. She is really special, well behaved, caring, knowledgeable. She has taken care my kids with real caring feeling. Keep it up

Veronica lundstrom Dr. Bennett is very knowledgeable and not just in what he specializes in. He has a sympathetic bedside manner, as he actively listens to all your concerns and connects the dots. He doesnt push anything and he is patient. When we discuss new treatment plans, I am always unsure & usually need time to think it through or read, and he understands. I know Im in good hands with Dr. Bennett.

james allen I can say that this institution is consistent. My ER visit was horrendous. The staff was unattenent and snippy, not to mention slow. The patient advocacy team was difficult to get in contact with and marginally helpful when I finally did. My bill from the hospital did not match what I received from my insurance company, as it had an "insurance adjustment" that raised my bill $233. When I called to get an explanation, it was hard to get in touch with anyone who cared much less who could tell me what the charge was for. After some doing I was told it was a NY state tax, so I asked for an itemized bill reflecting that it was a tax. A couple weeks later I received the same bill in the mail stating the charge was an insurance adjustment along with a Google printout explaining the New York Healthcare Reform Act. And yes I am referring to a printout of a Google search; petty I know. I ended up paying the bill in full just to put this establishment behind me. I would highly recommend going to UHS.
