5 /5 Randy Dimick: I was feeling stressed leading up to my sleep study appointment because I dont sleep well outside of my home, and thinking about having all of those sensors attached to me made it worse. When I arrived, Jennifer took me to my bedroom, which was very nice, like a hotel room. She was extremely kind and made me feel at ease while I was there.

4 /5 Tony Ertola: The Telehealth appointment turned into a telephone appointment do to technical issues on UHS computer. Dr Nowakowski was pleasant and as professional as could be given the fact that the office staff somehow lost my CPAP records. Ive had repeated issues with them.

3 /5 B. W.: So after having my license suspended and letting the Dr. know thats the reason I was there I was given an at home sleep test. I then waited for the results from test believing that I had satisfied the DMVs request only to be told that in fact I had not and that I needed to now come in to there office during the day to be observed for 4 to 6 hrs. While awake. This being said its now been 2 months of being suspended and Im still unsure of when Ill be able to take the test I actually need in order to satisfy Albany DMV in order to get my license reinstated. I made it very clear from the beginning that the reason I was there was for this reason so Im sure you can imagine my shock and near mental breakdown when told that I have to schedule yet another appointment to have the correct test in order to satisfy DMV. So now today Ill be waiting for the office to call me to schedule this test I so desperately need. Oh I failed to mention that Ive been unable to work due to this and also made that very clear from the first day I went to this dr. All in all if your dealing with Albany DMV perhaps go elsewhere in order to satisfy there request or be led down the rabbit hole of "oh by the way" you need a different test. The only good thing about this place is the staffs professionalism. The dr.s seem to be decent but have no real concept of living paycheck to paycheck and the importance of needing your license to work.

5 /5 Richard Bocek: This was my first visit to the sleep center. The check-in was easy and the office personnel were very kind. I met Dr. Nowakowski and he took his time to understand my symptoms and concerns. He also took the time to get to know me as a person. The examination and recommendations were straight forward and understandable. The doctor then walked me to the check-out and left me with a nice lady who scheduled me for tests. I then left the sleep center feeling very good about my experience and I’m looking forward to the tests. Thank you! On 7/10/24 I met with Dr. Nowakowski. As of this time I have been using my CPAP machine for about 7 weeks. While waiting for the doctor I explained some concerns I have about my machine to the nurse. She then left the room with the unit. When Doctor Nowakowski entered the room, he greeted me very kindly and even joked with me. He asked me how the machine was working for me, and I relayed my concerns to him. He made some minor adjustments to the unit and said this should fix the problem. I left the office feeling very good about my visit and that night the machine worked properly. I waited too long in life to get checked for a sleep problem. I am very lucky to have Dr. Nowakowski and I have never felt or slept better! On 1/29/25 I had a follow-up office visit. The nurse was very kind and helpful. I met with Doctor Nowakowski and we went over my progress. He is a good man. He is patient and kind, and to mention very smart and thorough. I am so glad to have him as my sleep Doctor. He is a real gift!
