It’s a little hard to get in because they are booked up with patients, but everyone I interacted with was highly professional, caring, and pleasant. The office staff are organized and friendly, and the nurses and doctor I saw were excellent and took time to listen to my concerns and to explain the medical issues very thoroughly.

1 /5 Ania Dozois: This place never answer the phone, never return the call ans simply dont care about the patients care. Its been 3 weeks since my other doc send paperwork to them and I call them almost every day and nobody answers or returns the call. Shame! They are absolutely ridicules. What kindnof care they are providing if they dont give ...about you!

1 /5 sandra richardson: Unfortunately, this is the only practice in the Albany area for this care. The wait for a first appointment was months, so I went to Roswell Park in Buffalo where I was seen within 2 weeks. After that initial evaluation, I transitioned here because it is four hours closer to home. But it is almost impossible to communicate with this office. They do not return calls or messages on the patient portal. You cannot get a human being on the phone. This treatment is dehumanizing and stressful, which does not promote health and well-being. If there was another option nearby, I would definitely change to a different practice. Note that the problem is not the provider, but the office systems.

1 /5 Catherine _run4rain_: I have been trying to get an appointment for my husband for three weeks. He went to the ER and they found a mass on his brain. The ER consulted with a doctor from this practice, we were directed to call this office, and the ER faxed over his records. The first time I called, I was told they didnt receive a fax and to fax his records over. So I requested the ER fax the records over. I called back within the hour and they said they had my husbands records and they would need 48 hours to get him aligned with the correct doctor. When I called back two days later, we were told they hadnt received any fax. We were routed to a different person who gave us a different fax number, but the story is the same-multiple calls, multiple times of requesting the ER to fax over the records, and no fax received on their end. Absolutely incredibly frustrating.

1 /5 peter4rn: I tried to contact office to give an update on someone, at 1030 am you decided your office was closed and shunted me to a useless answering service. After a ridiculous time on hold, I gave up. I understand you are busy. So am I. Have the decency to provide a voicemail. This way im not clogging up your phones, and youre not wasting my time. I hate Albany medical center and thank God Im moving away
