Williams Kelvin (Heart Beat Music) I had the pleasure of DJing the NYE Family Party for the New Albany Country Club! This place has absolutely gorgeous decor. This was an amazing, high energy event filled with happy Kiddos and their parents! The GM Bryan and his associate Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Looking forward to working with them again!

Garret Bever I went for my first visit here today and my experience overall was top notch. I was seen by Nancy (NP) only so I can only speak to my own experience. I was concerned about the reviews before I went, but noticed almost all dermatologists in the area have 3 stars or so I went for it. First, the facility is very nice, clean and inviting compared to other offices Ive been to. Nancy is awesome, great personality, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great conversation with her and she taught me a lot. All of the nurses and reception staff were very nice, unlike what I read here in some of the other reviews. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 which is very reasonable in my opinion. Ive been to a few dermatologists and this was by far the best experience I have had. Glad to have locked in a go to doctor in the area.

Mr. Vacca Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

kerra burns I really like my doctor here. That’s why I keep coming back. That said the office needs work. As soon as you walk up to the door there are signs that you need to wear a mask and if you don’t have one they will not provide you one, you have to reschedule. This is such a poor message to send to your patients. I understand that we have to wear a mask. I understand that people should be responsible enough to remember one, but denying someone a medical appointment because they forgot a 10 cent mask is an awful way to care for your patients. How hard is it to put a box of masks out if someone forgets instead of turning them away? I go into the waiting room and an older couple come in and the husband is in a wheelchair and obviously needs assistance. They wouldn’t let his wife stay with him to assist because she didn’t have an appointment. I understand they don’t want extra people in the office, but you really can’t make an exception for this situation? I have no complaints about the medical staff, my care has been good and the doctors are responsive. The front office could use a little more customer care.

Mary Faulkner Dr. Haddad was amazing. He is always kind considerate, and very willing to share his expertise and knowledge to give me the props and cons of my situation.

Zoë Maldonado I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Amanda Coleman I had to switch primary care to a different provider since mine moved out if state and Mrs. Morgan the NP is just phenomenal. I feel so at-home and understood for my healthcare goals. I was worried that my new primary wouldnt be as open to my needs and she took the time to listen and evaluate me. I feel like she is a new breed of practitioners that is so needed in todays age of rushing patients and not fully listening. I couldnt be happier with who my care has been assigned to and I am comforted knowing how much she cares.

Joyce Bouchard The staff were well trained able to get me started as soon as I arrived. Everyone was courteous and knew exactly what to do so that I was ready to be seen at my appointment time. I saw a PA, Allison, and she was on time and prepared to see me. The facility is clean and easily accessed from a generous parking lot. It was a good experience.

Katherine DeMaria Albany Med is the second largest training hospital in the country. It should be known that you are putting your life in the hands of cocky Residents and interns who are not properly supervised .
