Cory Heck Outstanding Care at Albany Upstate Dental! I had a fantastic experience at Albany Upstate Dental and can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and positive. My hygienist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough during my deep cleanings. She took the time to ensure my comfort while explaining everything along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. My dentist was also kind, knowledgeable, and informative, providing clear explanations and making sure I understood my treatment options. The reception staff was equally impressive—prompt, polite, and efficient. Even though their schedule fills up quickly (which speaks to how great they are!), they always go the extra mile to call with cancellation openings for an earlier appointment. John Schroeder This dental practice is excellent. The cleanings and exams are unhurried and extremely thorough. Wait times are minimal. If you do need work done (Ive had crowns done and some older fillings replaced) Dr Wynnykiw makes the experience as close to pleasant as dental work can be, and absolutely painless. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

Megan Carhart My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wun with assistance from Fleurette and Shenise. All staff were professional, the facilities were clean, and the office was able to accommodate a new patient appointment very quickly. We left after surgery with a small goodie bag that had easy-to-understand instructions and all equipment needed for recovery. Great results. Would recommend!

blattmich Got 4 wisdom teeth taken out all at once. I decided to stay awake for the surgery and opt for the numbing agent instead. Dr. Bayoumy and his team did a great job. The surgery went smoothly and I was not in pain. Recovery was also smooth and I can honestly say that my jaw feels less crowded. That was something that was bothering me and I didn’t realize it until the teeth were removed.

Pricing was transparent (I was given a range up front on the phone before the consultation) and fair and I was charged the low end of the range since my case was less complex. Procedure was quick and painless. Hope not to need an endodontist again but would definitely come back here if I did.

I received new patient forms via email and text reminder. I really appreciate their organization, quick response and follow through. It’s an easy to access location and quiet and clean space. They were informative as well as the dental provider. He was very welcoming and clear direction. My son felt comfortable here and they appear to care.

Shelly Klump Dr. Park and all of the staff at Guilderland Family Dentistry are beyond wonderful. I didn’t go to a dentist for many (many!) years because of unpleasant experiences growing up, so I was nervous about returning to a dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Park and hygienist Marie for a couple years now and they make me feel so comfortable and welcome every time I’m there. They’re all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to seeing them now! My local family members go there and love their experiences also. We recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!
