1 /5 Kyle Freda: If possible, I would give no stars. As a healthcare professional, I find it completely unconscionable that a practice like this finds it acceptable to cancel appointments that are made weeks in advance the evening before the appointment with no warning of cancellation for arbitrary and made up reasons. The sheer disrespect and lack of accountability that the office staff show towards patients proves to me that this practice prioritizes profits over people. Please save yourself the wasted weeks of pain, and schedule your root canals at a more professional practice, that way your appointment actually occurs.

5 /5 Steven Sparkes: The office staff and Dr. Moshman were excellent. Pricing was transparent (I was given a range up front on the phone before the consultation) and fair and I was charged the low end of the range since my case was less complex. Procedure was quick and painless. Hope not to need an endodontist again but would definitely come back here if I did.

1 /5 Gabrielle Shoemaker: This place is a scam. They will take your money, leave you in pain, and refuse to help you further. This is also the only local provider that charges you an initial “exam fee” then the root canal charges separately, later. All other places charge $500 less - and aren’t trying to scam you into paying an “exam fee” so they can then NOT provide you with a root canal. Go ANYWHERE else, this place is a scam. I went in for a root canal but was anxious about the procedure. I told them about this and they definitely noticed before starting. Instead of noting I was upset and asking me to come back another day, the "doctor" drilled away HALF OF MY TOOTH before deciding he wasnt able to complete the procedure because I was nervous. He stopped, leaving me IN PAIN with half a tooth. Then, at the cashier they were unable to process my credit card payment for the exam. They floundered about, making me more upset about the situation, asking to make photocopies of my credit card (??), and refused to schedule another appointment for me unless I paid. However, they couldnt accept the payment despite trying to process it multiple times, their system was down. They told me I had to pay them in order to schedule my next appointment. I paid, and now they won’t schedule me. Bait and switch! Now, I am "banned" from their practice (because their credit card machine doesnt work???). They refuse to help a patient that they PLACED IN SEVERE PAIN. Dont go here unless youre looking to waste money and be in WAY MORE PAIN THAN BEFORE. This isnt a doctor, it is a scam.

5 /5 sean92: I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough for this practice! I’ve had to go here several times, and all the staff and doctors are incredible. Very professional and kind from the moment you call to schedule and can work with you to schedule the procedure. Everything was explained and detailed and there were no surprises costs. If you’re in need of a root canal, you can trust Aibel Endodontics

1 /5 Cher Freda: Would give zero stars if I could. Zero regard for patient care. Office staff is rude, unsympathetic, and incompetent. Staff is hard to reach, but cancelled my husbands appointment because our basement flooded and they couldn’t get ahold of him for an hour the day before his appointment. They called to confirm and then called back leaving a voicemail saying the appointment had been cancelled and given away already without warning. He has been in pain for months and waited over a month for his appointment. He was rightfully very upset when calling them back and said that he’d be on time for his appointment tomorrow. The staff sounded as if it’d be an inconvenience to call the other person back to get his appointment back and did not even offer to reschedule. They simply said that it was their cancellation policy. A policy never provided during any correspondence. The kicker is he received a text earlier that morning confirming the appointment and asking to fill out paperwork at his earliest convenience. The reason given for cancelling was that the paperwork hadn’t been filled out yet when their email states to simply fill it out before coming the day of your appointment. He was very upset that nothing was done to help him with this matter and that the staff had completely dropped the ball on notifying him of any policies or time frame in completing necessary paperwork. The staff because he was upset said “being upset is going to do nothing to help you get your appointment back” as if this person even wanted to help him at all. He stated that he’d be there for his appointment in the morning as originally confirmed by email. When he showed up he was able to speak with this person in person who did nothing to secure his appointment and said my husband was being aggressive when he was speaking in a calm tone. She stated that he could stay and get imaging or wait in the waiting area all day to see if he could be fit in for an appointment he already had. This place charges for imaging if the root canal is not performed the same day so basically sure we can see you, but it’ll be $500 and no root canal. When my husband mentioned this she said “idk why you thought it’d happen the same day as your imaging” when she told him when making the appointment that if all goes well he could have them the same day. This is also written in black and white on their website. She said “I made that appointment and I never said that” Maam I’m sorry, but I promise you don’t remember a specific appointment call word for word from over a month ago. She then backpedalled saying she would check the call log. PLEASE DO ID LOVE TO READ IT. My husband gave up at this point and simply did not want to be seen at this establishment anymore. He felt unwelcome and disregarded by petty office staff with bad attitudes on a power trip and felt he would no longer receive adequate care. And in finally reading all of these reviews left…I’m glad he made that choice. This place is a NIGHTMARE.
