1 /5 Nedim Mujic: Well, Too expensive and didnt do the job after he said he knows the issue and he will fix it. His Mechanic came and diagnosed the issue with Mercedes 2016 CLA 250 with 35,000 Miles on it. He said the issue is between Transmission and The Engine. Cost me $25.00 running diagnostics, Towing $75.00, We need to bring to the shop on bigger computer and we will fix it he said. We have to download a new software and he worked with someone who is not even in the Country. (first indication that i shouldnt bring my car to him.) He towed the car and after 4-5 days nothing happened. Didnt fix it and he charged me close to $400.00 in total for doing nothing. I had to pay it to get the my car to bring to Mercedes Syracuse where the car was done in one day. Didnt want to refund me or at least 50%. money back. I understand time and his bills but ripping me off and didnt do anything it is not the way you handling business like that. Not Cool at all.
