1 /5 Lisa Downing: We took my boyfriends 52 Jeep Willis in for repair two years ago in May and after making redundant and I do mean redundant numerous trips to the auto repair shop 25-30 times the The owner of the shop still never fix the Jeep so it works. I asked him repeatedly to just keep replacing parts and we would pay him a few hundred dollars every time we would go in but still we have no fixed Jeep. We’ve asked the guy the owner to call us regarding the jeep repeatedly when you bring a jeep in for repair normally it takes about maybe a week this guy has had it two years and I think he just took our money because we’ve paid him to fix nothing, so watch out I’m gonna make arrangements to have my boyfriend’s jeep removed from that body shop. I feel like we got taken for a complete ride. The shop is very very unprofessional when you bring your car in for repair they stay in touch with you and call you they let you know when you order new parts or what you need , the vehicle should be diagnosed. This guy has done nothing but take our money. I find the shop owner to be very very unprofessional. It’s like we’re paying for insurance on this and it was stolen because he just gonna keep it forever I would be reluctant to go there.

2 /5 Patrick McMahon: Went in for automatic starter, I had a full tank of gas and by the time I picked up my vehicle there was only half a tank of gas left. The automatic starter works but still I’m out a half a tank of gas and they had no explanation for it.
