1 /5 CM Havens: Brought my car in for a blown serpentine belt. They claimed it was fixed and charged me full price. When I picked it up, the coolant reservoir was completely empty and the belt tensioner wasn’t even bolted down — it was loose and vibrating. I didn’t find out until an oil change tech pointed it out. This kind of sloppy, careless work could have destroyed my engine. I gave them my business because I’m local and wanted to support a hometown shop. Big mistake. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve the trust — or the money. Avoid them.
