nadia khan Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the store and picked up a few earrings and stood in line. The cashier asked us to enter our phone number on the pinpad and we asked to bypass this step to avoid touching anything as we are in a pandemic at the moment. She got to be rude and started muttering things under her breath. I decided to brush it off. I noticed an earring didn’t have a back piece to it and asked her for extra. She said we don’t have and started to pack the earrings abruptly. (She lied). My sister went to the rack to obtain a back piece for the earrings and the cashier pulled a box out under the register with a whole bunch of earring backs. We told her it didn’t match the other and wouldn’t fit the earring so we took one from the rack. I asked her why is she being so rude and if she had an issue - she had no response. She left the register in the middle of the transaction without saying anything, walked to the jewelry rack and looked for the earring we took the back from, and threw it on the counter. That was my last straw! So rude and disrespectful! She needs training in customer service. We told her we did not want to purchase from a store whose employees treats us like this for no reason and we left. No one apologized for her behavior, nor did anyone stop us to ask if we want to be helped by another employee. I looked back and the two employees were laughing with each other. There are many people who would love to have a job and would treat customers with respect. The manager should really learn to hire people with great people skills, not just based off of their looks.
