Bad Froot Skyler is 150% the person to go to when shopping for anything here. Between her patience, expertise, and overall respect for her clients, she makes this a smooth and painless experience. Before Skyler, we had a not so great experience but she was able to rework and morph the experience into a 10/10 experience. She salvaged some really special moments without much time to plan. Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

Danielle Zaput Great experience all around! My diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring (scary!). Met with Rich initially to fix my bent prong, but ultimately decided to have the ring re-set, keeping the original band but getting new prongs. My ring was ready earlier than expected and I love it! Will definitely come back for any jewelry repairs! My only regret is not having my ring designed here in the first place!

I went in and they fixed it right in front of me, took no more than three minutes!
