Desiree I have been coming here since 2020. Every time I walk in there, they are always smiling & greeting me! Just got engaged & they made this ring absolutely stunning! Words cant begin to describe how speechless i am! They are truly the best around for me! I take my jewelry there to get cleaned, fixed, whatever it is. & they are so very honest & to me, it means a lot. They go the extra mile to make sure you are 1000000% satisfied, they make sure everything is correct. Their customer service is great 100%! A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

Beautiful work replacing a tiny halo stone and restoring the white gold band on my ring, and perfectly resizing, timing, and polishing for my fiancé’s watch. The jewelry selection is also stunning and was such a pleasure chatting with the very knowledgeable staff - we learned quite a bit about coins! Will 10/10 be back again.

Sakora Salley I totally recommend this place! Friendly staff and quick service. The band of my ring was warped and I had called ahead of time to see if they were able to fix it. I went in and they fixed it right in front of me, took no more than three minutes! Jules Rose This is a newer store and I was happy to stop in! Cashier was incredibly nice and you can tell he really does adore his job! The prices in the store arent bad, some items I would say are a bit over marked but overall I really adore this store! Really great place for anybody even if youre not much of a " country fan". Theres a ton of great gifts for all ages as well as some cute home decor! Not only that but it is giving "Hallmark" ! In a great way! Hallmark always has such great gifts and self are items.
