1 /5 Jettsetgirl: I rarely leave bad reviews , If i don’t like an experience I just won’t return . However Because Of my Brand Loyalty I feel it’s necessary. . I am an Avid collector and was fortunate enough to work at the flagship store in Soho in 1997 just a year after it opened . I have an enviable collection built over 27 years . Today was so disheartening. . I was barely greeted hello in an empty store . I had to bring bags to the counter to ask for prices, while the associates chatted away .& I had to interrupt them every time! I was standing right in front of them. The Heavy set brunette ( forgive me as i didn’t ask her name ) was on her cell phone & was truly snarky when i inquired about ANYTHING. . They walked away from the register and a woman had to yell hello twice LOUDLY to get their attention. 4 sales associates & 3 customers and still horrible service. I went to Coach and spent way more than I even planned to spend in your store , based on the attitude of the Sales people.. I’m saddened that the Brand is being represented so Poorly
