Jenny Berliner I cannot say enough good things about Rob and the entire 585 Fitness family! From the moment you walk in, theres just an amazing energy. The environment has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Rob is not only knowledgeable, but he’s also warm, encouraging, and genuinely receptive to your individual goals. I’ve been training for about 3 months, and I’m completely obsessed—in the best way possible! I actually look forward to every session (even when I know I’m about to get tortured). The progress I’ve seen in such a short time is amazing—physically and mentally. Training at 585 Fitness has motivated me far beyond the gym. My eating habits have improved, I feel stronger, more determined, and more committed to my fitness journey than ever before. This experience has truly been life-changing. Christian Sanders I love the preschool staff! The child watch staff is always very friendly and my two toddlers enjoy their time in there when Im exercising. The toddler swim instructors are very enthusiastic and inviting. The front desk is always friendly. The majority of the people visiting the Y are very kind also. I have had some nice conversations with some of the seniors in the locker room. Very friendly atmosphere.

Edward Popil I LOVE THIS GYM! I’ve been to many gyms in my day and Gym RX is top notch! Louis fosters a very friendly & supportive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged and pushed to meet their goals. I have learned that Personal training works for me when I commit to long term consistency and having a place where I look forward to working out in matters. I have worked with Luciano Capitano for a few years at this location and look forward to many more. When you stop in you’ll feel welcomed right away!

Jordan Bontrager Im so glad I stumbled across the Five Gym! As someone with next to no weight lifting background, it felt intimidating to step into a new gym. Clay (the owner) and the rest of the members made me feel welcome immediately; In my month going Ive never felt judged. The workouts are great, and Clay is mindful and diligent about teaching proper and safe form. Its really a wonderful community of humans, and Id recommend the Five for anyone looking for a change (or start) to their fitness routine. All the stars.

Michael Mowry Lexi that works on Sundays always polite and respectful. She is always working and cleaning. Hard good employees deserve recognition for their hard work it is much appreciated. I believe she should get a raise.

Brad Nella Great experience at Greece LA Fitness! Cooper and Mo were awesome—super friendly and helpful. They showed me around, explained the equipment, and made me feel totally welcomed. Solid gym, great staff!

Phil C Affronti Fitness is a comfortable place to train, no ego or attitude. Scheduling is easy, and the trainers keep things straightforward while pushing you to improve. I trust the workouts and always leave feeling like I got real value out of the session.
