Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Donna Young This is the only local jeweler in the Kenmore area. Hofert and Craig’s are now long gone so I wanted to continue to support local. I don’t have a long wait. I brought in jewelry to have an estimate on its worth. I was able to sell my jewelry at cost and it was easy and quick. I found everything to be efficient and friendly.

James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.

Cyndi Pirog Great personal attention and service. Really good prices and nice selection. They have a unique item a real rose dipped in 24kt gold that can be personalized with a name and date to commerate a special day. Will definitely be back.

Emanuela Scollo My now fiancee and I came here for our engagement rings. We had the most amazing shopping experience with Peter Sr. and the whole staff! As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. We both got exactly what we wanted and the rings fit our budget perfectly, and we are so happy with how the shopping and buying experience was. Our rings are absolutely beautiful and so perfectly US. Kat Tak The staff is always friendly and helpful, before and during social distancing. Its always nice to see the same sales associates every time I go. Theyre as quick to remember you as you them. The order and pickup service is very convenient too, especially this time of year. Ive shopped there for years and have never had a complaint.
