He didnt have an intrest in what I had to sell but he told me a lot of information I didnt know and explained how I should address it when telling people. In addition, he listened to my requests and added additional suggestions like having a thicker band and included details to make the diamonds shine! I’d recommend him to anyone.

Amber Love I had an incredible experience at Scherer’s Jeweler. After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. He pulled the necklace from the bag, and I was thrilled with the results! It was absolutely perfect! The customer service was top tier, and I highly recommend Scherers Jeweler!"

If they do not have exactly what you are looking for on hand, they can create it for you to your exact specifications. The building itself is also very nice inside.
