Jeannine Lambrecht The Barre Code in Rochester Hills is an amazing place to work out. The instructors work you hard and are very motivating! If you really want to feel good about yourself try a free class and you will be hooked to come back! I brought in a few friends and we all are motivating each other.

AJ Jankowski Chris is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful coach! As a competitive athlete in high school, Chris’s programs saw me effectively gain mass and add 100+ pounds to my deadlift, 75+ pounds to my squat, and 50+ pounds to my bench in a 5 month offseason training program. When I turned focus to marathons and ultra distance triathlons, Chris was the first person I contacted for a training program, and his approach is largely responsible for my Marathon and Ironman 70.3 finishes. He is not only a knowledgeable coach, but extremely personable, and easy to work with, and flexible. His well rounded expertise in fitness makes him an incredible resource and coach for anyone looking to unlock their potential physically.

Travis Martins Ive taken multiple classes with Sam and can confidently say she is the best trainer Ive seen. Super knowledgeable, personalizes all the workouts to your goals/abilities, and actually makes exercising something I look forward too! Cant recommend her enough!

Stephanie Kleinhans The same class isnt the same each week. The trainers are terrific for beginners and challenging enough for those who love to exercise and train hard. Very clean. Highly recommend. VERY affordable too!

shari barouch I joined Lifetime Bloomfield Hills in September of 2025. Everyone was so welcoming at the front desk. Also, they all remember your name every time you walk in. I have not been to a gym in 20 years. I am a senior citizen. I felt overwhelmed by the size of whole gym. I had no idea where to start. Your first time a trainer takes you around the gym and does an assessment of your muscle and strength. They showed you how to use a few machines. I hired the most wonderful Trainer to help me. Her name is Asal. She is so patient and kind. She pushes me hard, but not to the point that I hate it. She goes up and above the call of duty for me. One time she stayed 20 minutes overtime just to make sure I would be able to get off the treadmill without being dizzy or passing out. Another time she did the same thing. Actually, she has become like a daughter to me. We laugh through the whole work out. And we always give each other a hug and kiss for Hello and Good bye. I know I am in good hands with her and that I am doing all the exercises correctly. The gym is beautiful and well kept. I am happy and proud to be a member of Lifetime in Bloomfield Hills, Mi.

I was a little hesitant to join as I thought this place was was the younger crowd, but I was SO wrong, there are varies ages and I felt like part of the AKT family instantly. Kristine Howe Gamechangers is truly an incredible tumbling facility! My kids absolutely love coming here. All three of my girls work with different coaches, and every single one of them is amazing. Paul, Isaiah, and Nick each bring so much skill, patience, and positivity to every session. The coaching is top-notch, the facility is clean and well-equipped, and the energy in the gym is always so motivating. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, highly recommend this gym to any family looking for the best!
