Qiana Joseph This guy was AMAZING very friendly, professional and fast service, not to mention reasonable pricing. I went in to have my front brakes changed out on my Volvo and by the time I walked down to the store to get cash and came back he was finishing up on the last brake. He was a blessing in disguise for me cause I had to get back to Texas and it was Labor Day❣️ Anytime I’m in New Orleans and need work he will be the FIRST CALL from now on❣️

Sonya Atkins I would give them ten stars!! Their name fits them. I had used them on two occasions! They changed my lightbulbs on both headlights which in their system stated it would take an hour. Their system showed two different prices for each headlight. Came back in about 5 -10 minutes and only charged me for one side and even discounted that side. They are honest people and are quick who will squeeze you in their busy schedule.

James Selvin is a honest and great mechanic, something that is rare in his line of work. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and he has never steered me wrong. If you want options and a great job, go to him for all your automobile(mechanical) needs.

Doug Bordelon Used I&J twice already this year for auto repairs. Once for a brake job, and today for an engine misfire. Both times I got friendly, attentive service for a fair price. Plus today: I thought I had a good idea what the engine trouble was -- but the shop suspected a simpler, less expensive solution. Shop was right ... and my car runs like a dream now.

Marilyn Alm After a poor experience with another shop, I tried Premier. The other shop didnt want to be bothered with repairing my AC. They blew me off, saying it was an electrical problem and they didnt do electrical. They also wouldnt let me wait, which cost me two Uber rides. PREMIER, otoh, told me it would take a couple days if they needed parts. So I left my car. It actually only took them 24 hours to diagnose and correct the issue. The Staff were polite and friendly, and apologized for taking so long. Not nearly as annoying as the first place... and the AC is working fine over a year later. Will definitely go back if theres another problem. Note that they prefer checks to credit cards.
