1 /5 Matt and Becky: I bought a used riding mower through them. They told me that this would include a one time pick up and delivery for free when I needed it serviced. When it was time for me to get it fixed they did NOT honor that and said it was only for new mowers. I had an oil leak and needed a new carborater so I had them work on that. I waited a couple months and finally called them and said it would be a couple more months (December) when the part arrived. They didnt finish it until March and then I didnt try to cut the grass until late April but it didnt work so I had to buy a new battery. Then I got a couple mows out of it and discovered oil was basically gone again and engine started smoking while it was riding two times. Anyways I called and they made excuses about it is an old lawnmower and they dont honor their labor. I will NEVER use this company again and terrible customer service.

1 /5 Kenneth DiLillo: Brought two trailer tires in for mount and balance. Tires purchased elsewhere. I stupidly didn’t ask how much they charge to mount and balance because it’s always been a nominal fee in the past when I’ve had it done. $89.70 out the door! I thought WOW!, I must be out of touch with the market. Paid and left with my tires. Called Firestone just to double check cost. $35.00 out the door for the same service! They charged me more than double the market (I called to verify that I was charged correctly) because I purchased tires elsewhere! Trailer tires! Really?? I’m also a previous customer. Terrible policy. They lost a customer forever. Surly woman who is supposedly an owner working the service counter to boot.
