3 /5 Robin Childers: I recently had Farm and Fleet in Belvidere service my tires. I’m glad the air leaks were resolved, but I was disappointed to find that my tires and rims were left dirty and unfinished. After spending almost $300, I had to come home and scrub them myself. This was especially upsetting because I had just had my car detailed before bringing it in — my rims and tires were clean and shiny when I dropped it off, but unfortunately, not anymore.

4 /5 The Macks: Always able to find good deals, but for a farming community, they need to build a much, much bigger store. Theyve got a few items in stock, but nothing compared to other stores in the area. Still, competitively priced and good to grab some very basic supplies.

4 /5 Amelia Brunner: I had my oil changed here just recently. They did a great job, and also let me know that I’ll be needing to replace my battery soon. However, the price for their oil changes have DEFINITELY gone up!! I used to pay around $30 some dollars, maybe almost $40. This last time it was $68!

5 /5 Renzo Paz: Very professional people. Great customer service. Fast and courteous. I went to pick up an order I placed online. They had my order ready for pick up on time, with the right items, well packaged, people was friendly and very nice to help me put everything in the trunk.

4 /5 Richard Piper: The Janesville store is a home based store and inventory selection seems to reflect this. Farm & Fleet is a great store, but not all of the employees are as helpful as would be expected. We believe this is because of the attitude management has towards them. We also dislike the handicap carts that the store fails to keep in decent repair. It appears that once again the management has little concern for disabled customers. While we believe there is a need for Farm & Fleet, in this market, it is not always our first choice Last year Fleet & Farm considered a store in the area which, if was built, Blains would have to consider some major changes. A few years back the stores in the Rockford area had a very good district manager, who took care of the customers and the business. I do not know what happened to cause the person to change, but the current district manager does not handle the business as well.
