Mike Mendelson My car was hit in Rockford, IL. and my car was towed by chance to Gerber Collision And Glass in Belvidere. I was not from that area and very unsure as to what to do. Margie and Spencer at Gerber were amazing! When I spoke to Spencer he told me not to worry. He called the tow truck, who gave me a ride to Gerber with my car. When I arrived Margie explained the process and said they would be in touch after accessing all the damage. During the repair process, Spencer would call and inform me of the process and what had to be done next. I NEVER had to call them for an update, Spencer always beat me to it. I licked my car up and I was like the accident never happened. Margie took car of one little issue that was due to an insurance approval. She got it taken care of immediately. The team there is great!

Tom Barkmann Predatory tow company will not let you have access to your vehicle unless you give them an excessive amount of money an they accrue charges over the weekend but they are not open on the weekend.

Kelci Cox Aside from my own dad, I’ll never ask anyone else to work on my car. Our whole family has been coming here for years and Joe & family always take care of everything. They’re not like a lot of other places you hear stories about - they never try to sell me anything I don’t need, never do anything without asking me first and telling me what it is expected to cost, and they don’t treat me like I’m dumb. I’ve had family members call for second opinions on advice other places have given them, and everyone I send their way has been really satisfied. The shop is run by honest folks doing honest work and that can be really hard to come by anymore.
