Nathan Tomkowiak Absolute incredible staff here. From the second I walked in to leaving with my keys in my hand everyone at Bartel’s was amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful, and informative. They gave me a free look over my vehicle and even brought me out to the shop floor to see what issues were at hand regarding my vehicle. These people are professionals. The mechanic I talked with showed me incredible knowledge over my vehicle and the market. Gave me quote that was way better then what the dealership offered me while still providing an excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!!

Fourtech Electronics Needed inspection done on the work truck land went to this place first time. All the mechanics are awesome, not trying to sell in any way. They told me what I need replaced. That’s what my truck needed it to run the wright way.

Elizabeth Sieks I have had my current car for 5 months. I bought it used. I had my first “ Maintenance” check alert pop up on the dashboard. I called PW Auto Clinic for the first time and got an appointment quickly. They changed the oil and did a thorough checkup on my car very timely. They were very professional and friendly.

Keri LaRose Drew and Austin were phenomenal. I went for a much needed oil change just now and they were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try and scam me. Often times as a female that doesn’t have extensive knowledge on cars, I feel employees play in my face when I want a simple service done and try and upsell me everything under the sun. Sara Karsten We can’t recommend Frank’s enough! They have been honest, reliable, and have gone above and beyond to help us when we’ve really needed it. We’ve had a few times we’ve needed to stop in without an appointment and Keith has always been willing to take a look at what’s going on. Yesterday we came in for a strange noise - but we needed the car today. Even though they had a packed day in the shop, he not only figured out what was going on but he tracked down a difficult part, got me back to my house with my four little kids, and stayed past closing to get our car repaired. Our first experience with them was getting a second opinion on a very expensive repair quoted elsewhere - they found the root of the problem (simply a loose screw!) and didn’t even charge us. We have found them to be so helpful and dependable! They are hands down the best auto shop we’ve used. (As a side perk, their waiting room is very clean and comfortable!)
