5 /5 Christine Lawson: Steve and Lynn from BC Auto Body were outstanding during a very trying time for my son and I. I was unable to pay to restore my sons vehicle after an accident he had. Nor, could I park a totaled vehicle at my residence.
Steve was very patient and worked with me to find the perfect home for the car. Luckily, we were able to find another owner that had the means to restore the car. Steve never put any pressure on me and was very helpful in notifying all his contacts, business and personal, in hopes to help find someone. This is something he did not have to do. He even guided me through the Insurance part of it making sure that I asked all the right questions. Steve was always there to take my call when I had questions, big or small. He was very honest with me - always going ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. Lynn is also a great asset to BC Auto Body. The shop came highly recommended and I can certainly see why. Lynn was very kind, empathetic and understanding even while I was under a great deal of stress.
As a single mom that knew nothing about selling a totaled car -- I was so very lucky that my sons car ended up at BC Auto Body in Wheaton. I was never treated ugly for not being able to repair my sons vehicle and Steve was very gracious to assure me that his business was much more than that. I truly felt like a family member that was getting special treatment - but, the truth is; until the accident, I had never met Steve, Lynn or BC Auto Body.
