5 /5 Daniel Dumler: I recently moved to Champaign IL and was unfamiliar with the local auto-body and repair services. I received numerous recommendations from friends in the area to look at Fifth Dimension for the repair service. After working with insurance who conveniently also recommended Fifth Dimension, I decided to pull the trigger with this company. For a first time experience having to have auto-body repairs completed, Fifth Dimension made it easy and clear what exactly was to be expected throughout the entire process and the charges associated. From the hours and availability for drop off and pick up, to the employees who greeted me and conversed with me at the shop, I was very impressed. No question went unanswered, and the service was completed sooner than expected. Communication was effective, and not overdone like some places. On the delivery of the finished vehicle, it was absolutely spotless and looked as good, if not slightly better, as when I purchased the vehicle new. I will absolutely be recommending Fifth Dimension to family and friends moving forward, and if my vehicle just so happens to be damaged again in the future (Respectfully, I hope not!), I wont skip a beat to return to Fifth Dimension.

5 /5 Rob Conley: The level of service was first class all the way. Kelly kept me informed on every step and I couldnt be more satisfied with the work. As an example of how dedicated they are the first bumper cover ordered contained a small paint defect that I would have never noticed but Bob (who did the repairs) did and they replaced it. I couldnt be more pleased.

I damaged my side mirror twice, and they have fixed, along with buffing out scratches - all at an affordable price and timely manner. There are still decent people out there - an example are those working at Fifth Dimension. I recommend them to anyone needing body work done!

5 /5 Kyle Taylor: 5th Dimension did great work on our Acadia after we hit a deer. They took there time to make it right and it looks better than before the accident. All of the door and hood gaps are even on both sides. They worked really well with our insurance company and the car rental company. I would 100% recommend them for your collision needs!

1 /5 Gus Henslick: I would NEVER recommend Fifth Dimension to anyone! We took our car to Fifth Dimension to get an estimate to repair the minor damage from a deer hit. They told us that they had to take it apart in order to make the estimate. Fifth Dimension sent an estimate to our insurance company and the insurance company sent us a check to cover the cost of repair minus our deductible amount. When they actually took it apart, they found additional damage. Upon receiving the new estimate, our insurance company put a stop on the check and said they were going to total our car. Upon closely looking at the estimate, I noticed charges for removing, repairing, and painting the hood and left front fender. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THESE PANELS! These fraudulent charges caused the cost to repair to go higher than 3/4 of the value of the car. Now I am fighting to not have a salvage title with my insurance company. THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST!
