1 /5 Laura Slaboda: The last time I took my car there for an oil change, they forgot my car, forgot about me because the shuttle brought me home, when I called to find out about it, they had the shuttle come pick me up, gave me my car and insisted they were not going to charge me for inconvenience. Well, it’s a good thing because I don’t think they did the oil change Because there was no sticker in the window, no format like they normally put in your car And a few months later, The engine started knocking. Looked for my receipt realized they didn’t give me one called the dealership. They had no record of me being in there… Left my name and number so they could call me back today later I got a call to schedule some #Warranty work so I asked that person. When was the last time I had the oil change done and they said it was over a year ago But I take my car every six months. They never called me back, and I made an appointment at bulldog automotive in Mahomet, where I live. They asked me when my last oil change was done because they couldn’t even get oil to register on the dipstick. They checked the maintenance records and said it had been over a year which means the last two visits at Napleton‘s weren’t registered on Carfax. They helped me out and A few days later, I got another call to schedule #Warranty work and told the person I would never step in that service area again and why. They relayed a message to Thomas Robles, the service manager who called me back and insisted that I sent him a copy of my bill from bulldog automotive and they would reimburse me. I straight out asked was the service performed and he danced around the answer and kept insisting that he wanted to make it right. I sent the bill to the email he gave me but never heard another word. Couple weeks later I called to confirm I had to email correct and the woman who answer the phone said I did. I told her I was expecting a call from Mr. Robbles, who was not in the office. It’s been four months. No call no email no check. Don’t trust them. I hope Mr. Robles sees this review. Or better yet his boss sees this review. Don’t tell me you’re going to make things right and then not do it. That makes you worse than the person who said they did an oil change But weren’t going to charge me due to the inconveniences.

5 /5 P76: Dropped off my Elantra for an oil change yesterday and received outstanding service. My awesome service advisor Lucas was always keeping me updated through text and helped arrange a shuttle for me both to and from the service center, completely free of charge. Compared to a lot of service centers Ive utilized in the past, this one was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process, I will be coming back!

1 /5 Jay Smith: I called the VW service center 5 times just to be put on hold and hung up on 4 times. On the 5th call Instead of asking to be transferred to the department I needed I asked the service agent if he could contact them in my stead, he called around and faced the same results- there’s no one there to answer or make an appointments with… except there was. I wasted more of my time before work to go to the vw building and the service building behind it and to my surprise there are 7-10 agents just walking around twiddling thumbs and being no help at all. I gave them the keys to my car sat inside for 5 mins before they told me they didn’t have the tires I needed and that the service I asked for had to be diagnosed before they could continue for an additional $200. If they read my customer notes they would know I already paid for the diagnostic 4 weeks ago and I’m here for the service today. So after waiting in the lobby I’m told they don’t have my tire size which I was calling about…they tried to double charge me… then they pull up my car windows down to the front of the building with the keys in the ignition and didn’t tell me. So I’m sitting in the lobby while my car is out front susceptible to robbery/theft without anyone communicating to me!! 0 star experience!

5 /5 Felipe Ramirez: Recently had my oil changed and tire rotation and it couldn’t have been any easier experience. I dropped off my car and Paul Schook had a ride ready for me to go home while they did the service. Not even a hour later my car was ready to go. What a great experience
