Subhendu Pandit Patrick is the best mechanic in CU. He is an amazing amazing person. We had a engine failure on our car, and he searched and found out for that the car has a engine recall!! We had the engine replaced for free and Patrick did not charge a penny from us! I recommend this shop to everyone. This is the guy whom you can completely trust with you beloved car.

September Lewis Campbells was Excellent!. I had diagnostic testing for my Kia Optima because it was stalling and cutting off and it turned out to be that I needed a tune up. He was absolutely amazing and gave me a fair price for their service. I would recommend Campbells for All service needs to anyone!

Alayshia Jones If you’re looking for a miracle, here’s your place. Charlie and the guys really saved my life this summer, by repairing my car. I was quoted 6-10k through my insurance and other repair shops throughout the CU area, many not accepting credit card as a form of payment. Not only do they accept major credit cards with little to know percentage fee, they also charged a little over a third of what I was being quoted prior to. Even with a mishap in pieces and inflation, Charlie stayed true to his quote and diligently worked to seamlessly repair my vehicle. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend these guys, they were extremely personable and professional. & I truly appreciate their services.

Jessica Light On a long road-trip (packed car, kids, etc.), we ran into some tire woes. We were so luck that this particular Car-X was our closest and first stop. Bobby and his technicians at Car-X were amazing and kept us on schedule to reach our final destination. Bobby was clear and honest with us, and had quality tires in stock. Car-X worked with us to make sure we had new tires before closing for the night. Bobby and his technicians were wonderful to work with and they really saved us. Highly recommend!

Gerard Ziegler I didnt realize there was a way to give feedback until today when I made an appointment for my Highlander AC to be fixed, and saw these Google ratings. A while back (a year or 2) I had to decide whether to scrap my daughters 2007 Prius that had a dead hybrid battery, or have the battery replaced. Eric gave me a reasonable quote to install a new OEM unit, finished the job when promised, and the car has run flawlessly ever since. Thank you Eric for keeping an otherwise very serviceable car out of the scrapyard, and saving me from having to find another equally reliable used car, which would have cost far more than the repair.

Reliable rides central Illinois Scott the store manager was so caring and thoughtful took very good care of my suburban. He knows how to talk to people and gives you great advice and recommendations on vehicle when I was lost. Also he show me detail and detail word for word on what needed to get done. Boxuan Zhao Absolutely life savers! I had a flat tire Thursday night right before my trip to Chicago and came to the shop right before closing time hoping to get some help. The amazing tech here not only took me in right away, but also managed to patch the flat up despite I didnt have my tire nut with me, so they worked miracles patching the tire without taking it off the car. Much appreciation and strongest recommendation!
