John Amato Had the pleasure of meeting Julio, my door was making a loud noise when I opened it and it wouldn’t shut all the way. Stopped by his place on a Saturday when nobody else was open and he took care of my problem instantly. I asked if I could pay him but he said it was such an easy fix he wouldn’t charge me. Awesome dude, highly recommend this place. A+++

Hansen Nicholas Drove 2 hours to look at a car they had on their lot for sale. It was extremely misrepresented. In fact, it had a bullet hole in the side if it, doors were different colors, rust etc. All of this was undisclosed and not represented by the listing. I would not recommend doing business with this dishonest business.

Mindy woods Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe they have no time or patience for older people. But I brought my 78 year old mother with her vehicle to get a simple oil change. They were very rude and even suggested that she should have gone somewhere else for her oil change. I have never seen such rude customer service in my life. I felt so bad for my mom. She couldn’t wait to get out of there and said she’d never go back. If this is how they treat the elderly, I will make sure everyone I know avoids this shop. Wow…

Tim Teshak What an awesome experience in during a stressful move... Pete swapped our garage openers from our old place to the new place which allowed us to keep our new LiftMaster 98022 jackshaft opener. Pete was extremely efficent and it was done in no time at all! On top of that his communication, cleanliness (were neat freaks) and attention to detail were top notch! Thanks Pete!

Michael Ostrowski These guys charged my air-conditioning in my 2011 maxima & broke both clips and didnt say any thing ..then ignition replaced on a honda pilot , mechanic broke plastic around steering cocold and glued it and didnt say anything! Afrer that my remote start only worked if the key was in it ! He said not his problen....DONT GO THERE !!!

Robb McCoy Fast. Reliable. Inexpensive. Theyve never tried to upsell us or convince us to do more work than is needed. It is the quickest oil change - and I see them check the tires, check fluids - and do all the things that I think other places lie about. We recommend this to friends who are Augie students, and they had a great experience too, so theyre not taking advantage of young people either.

Joseph Breiby I was hit by a distracted driver and referred here by a friend. This was a major job involving over $20k in repairs with 6 pages worth of parts. The impact was so severe that the entire frame was bent. Jackson auto was transparent and available during the entire rebuild process which took over two months (mainly due to part delays). If you can tell from the completed picture the truck looks brand new off the lot. You would never even know it was in such a big collision. Their craftsmanship is top notch!

Kara McGuire Words really cant describe how much I appreciate Chris. Our son is away at college and his check engine light went on and didnt really know where to go. A couple of recommendations to other shops resulted in one saying this kind of car "has issues, trade it in and buy a Honda," and another who continually refused to make an actual appointment. Thats when I found Chris online and saw all the 5 star reviews. He deserves every one of them. He spent time with my son to explain the issue, then explained it again to me. He drove my son back to class so he didnt have to get an uber. And he offered to store our winter tires because we dont live in the area. His skill and knowledge are five stars -- he was very thorough, ruling out several issues until he found what needed fixing. His prices are also reasonable. The car is running great and I am so grateful that we found an honest mechanic who treated my son so well. Were now loyal customers. Thank you, Chris!

Jose Garcia This place is exceptional if you dont have a garage. It costs about 6 dollars an hour to use a bay with a lift. This place has all the tools youll need to pretty much do anything you want to do except paint your car. Not sure if a little spray painting is ok but last time I checked you couldnt. Right next door you have a carwash which just makes it so practical. Also if you happen to have a question there are mechanics that work on site and you can also drop off your vehicle to get stuff worked on

Sam L The RIA skills auto craft shop was great to be able to use for changing my oil and transmission fluid. I was able to get in on a lift and change my own fluids. The staff was very friendly and offered to assist if needed. Glad they are open back up.

In under a few days drew and the other male fixed it and got it running better than ever before. They also are honest and fair prices. Highly would recommend this place!

Moon Hsu I have a 1990 VW Vanagon camper. I Drove from IA to NC. My bus was losing power and found him online, I called him 3 hours away on my way to Saint Louis MO. He agreed to take a look. He spared his busy schedule to fit me in. He had figured out why my engine is losing power, fixed that, replaced fuel filter, air filter and air fan electrical switch. All that in less than one hour. My Van run smoothly ever since. Not only he is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He also teach me a few things about my bus in case the same problem occur I know what to do. I live in western US, the closest VW auto shop from me is Fort Collins, Colorado . I had tried to call them many time in the past and never got a response. I took my VW to Dutch Auto near my neighborhood and they call my Bus a junk vehicle and refused to fix or look at. I am so grateful for Wagonwerk in rock island Illinois for his kindness and professionalism ! Thank you Moon

April Scott Campos staff are honest, take time to explain the car issue and try their best to complete your car repairs in a timely manner. My headlights were cloudy for years and it dimmed the light. A campos staff member offered to clean them. He did just a good job that they look brand new and crystal clear. Also, the guy who answers the phone remembers a multitude of customers car issues and treats everyone like they are important.

Cesar Carrillo They explain every detail on work being done to your vehicle. Didnt have to wait long for the work to be done. I am always very happy to bring my cars here even if its a 3 hour drive from Chicago I wouldnt trust any other shop!

Joe Thompson I had a deep door ding on my Tesla Model 3. Took it in to Kyle today and from assessing the damage to removing the dent the entire process took 20 minutes. I was shocked. Unbelievable service. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Absolutely recommend.

Phil Schaefer Kyle has fixed 2 different issues for me. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality of the repairs has been amazing. For one job he needed to keep the vehicle overnight because the repair was pretty complex (I dropped a ladder on my truck, and it creased the top of the fender), and when I saw it the next day I literally couldnt tell where the dent had been until he showed me. I dont usually leave reviews online, but when someones work is this good, I feel like I should tell people.

Adonna Powell Was referred to bring my car here for an ignition switch problem.I ended up paying 565 dollars only to have my car returned and it still isnt fixed.Now I have to get a jump for it to even start. It​ took 3 weeks exactly to finally get it back and during the three weeks I didnt receive many calls about the progress of my vehicle.More than once when I called to ask for information I was hung up on and he also would clear me and not return calls or texts. Now Im basically in the same boat. I gave him all my money and still cant drive my car without​ a jump. Please do not take your vehicle there. If it was possible to give 0 stars thats what it would be.
