Pete swapped our garage openers from our old place to the new place which allowed us to keep our new LiftMaster 98022 jackshaft opener. Pete was extremely efficent and it was done in no time at all! On top of that his communication, cleanliness (were neat freaks) and attention to detail were top notch! Thanks Pete!

1 /5 Michael Ostrowski: These guys charged my air-conditioning in my 2011 maxima & broke both clips and didnt say any thing ..then ignition replaced on a honda pilot , mechanic broke plastic around steering cocold and glued it and didnt say anything! Afrer that my remote start only worked if the key was in it ! He said not his problen....DONT GO THERE !!!

1 /5 Caleb Mendez: Absolutely horrible business!! Dropped 2 mowers off to this place 3 weeks ago! Wasnt sure what was wrong with them so I knew it would take some time, after the first week I called numerous times with no answer and no answering machine to leave a message, week 2 goes by still no answer on the phone and still cant leave a message, ( I called about 5 times a day and theyre closed Saturday and Sunday ) so I decide to drive from Silvis to Rock Island to find out the issue, get there and ask if his phone works and whats the correct number? The number I was calling was the correct one and works as he confirmed that to me himself. I asked why he didnt answer or get back to me and he said he had an operation done and he just got back to work that day... ok cool so I ask when my mowers will be done he said in the next couple days, so I get a call back couple days later saying the mowers are done and it will cost me $135 for the work, ok cool, I get all the way back out there and only one mower worked! The second mower had no gas and he (Mike the owner) had his coworker put gas in it only for it to leak everywhere!! And obviously wouldnt start, blades were the same rusty blades I brought in and everything! They didnt even mess with it and tried to charge me for it, so they then tell me that they will fix it and get it working and have it done again in the next couple of days, AND PROCEEDS TO TAKE BOTH MOWERS TO THE BACK AND SAYS I can pick them up together in a few days?? So friday the 31st of may, after another 3 or so days I called them, they actually answered and I asked about the mowers Mikes response was "oh we been done with those, and Im not working on your second mower anymore its just got to much work to put it in it and I dont want to". I asked him exactly when he knew that they werent going to fix it and why they didnt get back to me to pick them up, (and this is an hour before they close for the weekend again mind you) he said were telling you now??? Just horrible Never doing business there again and I highly recommend no one else does! Poor work ethics and customer service all over!
