Scott Shields I had bought a used car a year ago I knew a lot of work needed down the line. I started coming here a year ago. I can honestly give this place a 5 star rating. Hermino does great with his customers. Hes nice, his service is great and hes been honest in issues Ive had in repair. He is cheaper and doesnt try to jack you into other things. His service time is great. The issues Ive had him do the last year, everything was done good with no problems with. I highly recommend this place

Yonikka Jackson I highly recommend this repair shop! I trust PTA with all my vehicles. The owner, Chris, is professional, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is awesome too. Finding a mechanic who truly cares about repairing your vehicle the right way, is honest, and doesn’t try to take advantage of you is priceless.

Austin Demoss Scheduling the service was easy and they got my f250 in quick. The were polite and friendly the whole time, going above and beyond. I had originally scheduled something small but asked for more and they were still willing to help. The diagnosed several issues and clearly explained what parts had issues and what was wrong with them, giving me a better feeling they were capable. They kept in good communication about the scope of work and the cost. The truck was finished quickly and I was very happy with the work they did. I put off a few of their recommendations due to my budget but will definitely work with them again in the future. I usually try to do work myself but some things are best left to the pros. Probably not the cheapest place out there (actually they came recommended from a friend, I didnt shop around) but I know you get what you pay for. Probably just todays prices.

Linda Duren Really helpful staff and great prices. I have an F150, and new tires are very expensive for it 200+ per tire. I bought 4 great used tires for 160..and that included mounting/balancing.

Chuck Henson At first I thought there was know way these guys could be this assisting and friendly, something has to be wrong. Then I noticed Evan was actually really trying to find me the best price and the most quality parts, there surely is something that will come up and then theyll show their true side. Ive been let down to many times and kept my guards up but its true these guys (and gal) really are the "real deal". Excellent customer service throughout the service cycle. Kelli, Evan and Mike always kept me up to date, informed and treated me like a real person. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place A+, and it came under quote price and gave me some money back! absolutely unheard of in todays world.

April Rosenberg I was recommended to Get It Right Automotive off Facebook and so glad I was. Dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday night and it was finished by Tuesday! (Many repairs needed).
