He created a custom engagement ring for my wife, and what he was able to accomplish with the loose diamonds I provided was truly spectacular. From the start, I put my trust in Brian to make the right design decisions and choose the right amount of materials to bring my vision to life. The final result exceeded all my expectations. My wife constantly gets comments about the rings unique design and style. Brian even added some personal touches that enhanced the clarity of the diamonds, making them truly "pop." The price was completely reasonable and on par with what youd find at a large jewelry store, but the difference is that my wife got exactly the ring she wanted. Even after 2.5 years of daily wear, the craftsmanship holds up beautifully, and the compliments keep coming. Joey and Carter had both greeted me right away, listened to what happened and were understanding about my protectiveness over my ring/diamond. They were patient and kind and didn’t push when I was uncertain of what I wanted as I don’t have my wedding band yet, but were able to accommodate with other solutions. Carter took my other ring and shined it up while Joey wrote up my ticket. Truly a dynamic duo! I have heard great things about Necker’s in general, but going in and having the encounter with both Carter and Joey solidified their rave, word-of-mouth reviews. I’ll definitely be seeking their assistance in the future for any of my jewelry needs! They made it feel like it was my own family helping me and made this nerve wracking process very easy for me.

Bill Molosz The Machesney Park, IL Kay Jewelers is worthy of a rating beyond 5 stars! Jaimie and Ann, and every other associate I encountered were beyond the best in customer service. I took my wifes ring in for repair, and they were beyond helpful and provided me with options for a quality repair. Kay Jewelers is second to none in quality and customer service. They will be my go-to from now on! The ring spoken of is pictured. Work done: replaced Tanzanite stone, diamond baguette and re-dipped. My wife was very pleased when it was returned to her.

Grace Springborn Chilson Jewelers is the only place we go to buy jewelry or to fix jewelry. We had two pieces made that Jim was instrumental in the outcome and they are both beautiful. Throughout the years my wedding set had to have many fixes (it was not bought at Chilsons) so finally we decided to take the set and make something very unique. It is beautiful!! It is one of a kind. Just recently we brought in my mother’s engagement set and we asked Jim if he could make a cross pendant. It was so much prettier than we ever imagined it could be. Brian makes sure what you have ordered is exactly what it should look like, we ordered an anniversary band and when it arrived I was satisfied but Brian pointed out how it could be better and he was so right! We’ve been using them for 33 years, so there’s more stories and they all are good!
