I know Teresa and have worked with her for my insurance needs for years. Im treated with respect and dignity by her . She periodically calls with rates and coverages. That kind of service one often does not get these days.

Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients is truly exceptional. What impressed me most was her genuine care. At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.
