Douglas Shane This is a good place to do business. Reasonable rate and show that they care about you. I have been looking for homeowner insurance, and the other place I look for, they tried to sell me BS.
1 /5 Joni Vee: I used Benke for commercial insurance since I purchased a building in Decatur in 2003. At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.
