Fanciface by Marlisa Nixon LONG REVIEW! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENCE! DR. MERRITT IS THE DENTIST WHO TRULY CARES!! Dr. Merritt understands dental anxiety and takes patient discomfort seriously. After years of dental fear, visiting her has transformed my experience. Shes incredibly gentle and patient, even with adult babies like me who used to dread dental appointments. Now I actually look forward to my visits! Her professionalism, care, and compassion are outstanding. In my 50+ years, Dr. Merritt is by far the best dentist Ive encountered. I no longer experience fear or anxiety before, during, or after appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Merritt to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety. Shes truly phenomenal! The team at Dental Partners of Oakland is truly exceptional. From the moment you enter until you leave, every staff member Ive met is amazing, personable, professional, caring, and friendly. The entire office feels like a healthy family! Some standout team members include Maggie, Susan (I absolutely love running into her outside the office - its like meeting an old friend every time!), Brooke, and Tanisha. My first encounter with Tanisha was so rewarding, and she perfectly embodies what Dental Partners of Oakland represents. Im certain Im forgetting someones name, but everyone there has made my experience wonderful. As a patient, I feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Dental Partners of Oakland to anyone looking for dental care that feels like a healthy, love-filled home.

Tip Oliver I have heard nothing but amazing things about Dr Pope Ozimba and staff. I was able to experience their professionalism first hand. Everyone was very polite and Tristan was treated with care. He walked out giving me a thumbs up on how he was feeling. I would recommend this Pediatric Dentist to everyone.

Amanda Fenn Always friendly and family oriented. While I got my cleaning they took my grand daughter under their wing and kept her company. They also provided the best deep cleaning you could ever get. I love my dentists office.

Tiffany McAllister The main reason I come here for my kids is because of the superior excellent customer service that I receive from Casey who works so diligently behind the front counter and in the back. Yes she does it all! She has a way with all her customers that turns into a great friendship. Every time I enter the office she makes the atmosphere so pleasant. I tell her all the time she deserves a raise. If I ever get the opportunity I will definitely steal her to come work for me!!

Taylor Crain If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place was absolutely amazing! Took my son for his first dentist experience today. They were so sweet and gentle with him. I very HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff and the atmosphere are above and beyond.

Melissa Williams I will be the first….I ended up here due to an emergency….And will NOT return!!!! Dr. Chapman has very Poor Bedside Manors. She came in and said 3 words to me…..”I’m Dr. Chapman. They did X-rays on me - 3 people checked those X-rays and 2 out of the 3 checked to see what issues I was having. NOBODY has said to me YET….What they found or They Didn’t find Anything! They tapped and put some stuff on my teeth that was cold and extremely painful…..Left me in tears! Then she (Dr. Chapman) just walked out….With no communication whatsoever!!!!! I was then led to the front with them leaving me in tears and pain with a prescription To return in a week!!!!!!! The best thing about this office is….it is Very Clean, and Bridgette….The Assistant she is So Sweet and Very Empathetic! I also spent an entire morning to afternoon trying to call back to see another more Experience Dentist….And No one Answers!!!!!!! My only wish is….Bridgette was the Fixer!!!!! I am new to Albany and that was my 1St Dr.’s Experience…..I am not used to this type of Customer Service in FL! Needless to say…..I WON’T be returning!!!!
