Sophia Goldsmith Can’t say enough great things about Jimmy and his team. My car broke down on the way home from work, and even though the shop was about to close for the day and it was freezing cold, they towed my car and started working on it. They put in my new alternator in less than an hour, and invited me in the shop so I wouldn’t be cold and offered me coffee. Not to mention it was inexpensive compared to every other shop I’ve gotten work done at. If it wasn’t for their hard work, I would’ve been stranded with a broken car in the cold. Thank you Jimmy!!!

Wayne Wright We were passing through the area and had problems with the rear brakes on our vehicle. The desk clerk at our motel recommended Athens. I called them, they got us right in, fixed the problem and back on the road. Fair price, nice people and very pleased.

After only having it there for a day Dixon called me saying it was fixed and ready to pick up. I also paid way less than I was expecting. I cannot explain how thankful I am for these guys help.

Ben Brown I can’t say enough good things about Sanchez Auto Service. They reminded me that there are still good people in the world—people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help. My daughter was stranded three hours from home, and their shop was closing in an hour. They towed her car in and quickly diagnosed the issue. I figured I’d have to make the six-hour round trip to bring her and the car home. But just ten minutes later, they called back—they had already found the parts nearby, ordered them, and made the decision to stay late so they could fix it that night. They didn’t want her waiting alone for hours, and they didn’t want me driving through the night. They stayed late, did the work quickly and professionally, and got her safely back on the road. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. No overtime charges. No emergency fees. Just honest work at a fair price. I would’ve gladly paid more, but they charged what was right. Thank you, Sanchez Auto. You treated my family with kindness and compassion during a stressful moment, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Julie Morris This was my first experience with Japanese Motor Works and it went so smoothly. I brought my vehicle to them for a 60k service. They were super friendly and communicative, and did a great job making me feel comfortable and doing the service required for this mileage. The owner was present and we had a great conversation with him. They even noticed a small part that was not replaced when I last had it in for service at the dealership, found another one for me, and installed it. I will be back.

roy ford Master garage is the best service you can get , shop clean mechanic very professional and honest and knows what he’s doing on all vehicles . Great place.
