Sophia Goldsmith Can’t say enough great things about Jimmy and his team. My car broke down on the way home from work, and even though the shop was about to close for the day and it was freezing cold, they towed my car and started working on it. They put in my new alternator in less than an hour, and invited me in the shop so I wouldn’t be cold and offered me coffee. Not to mention it was inexpensive compared to every other shop I’ve gotten work done at. If it wasn’t for their hard work, I would’ve been stranded with a broken car in the cold. Thank you Jimmy!!!

Monique Smith Great job. They took my Expedition and fix everything at a very affordable price. They also gave me a free car wash and engine wash. Love the customer service. Ed .G. I made an appointment for routine service (oil change and brake fluid flush and fill) on a Friday afternoon for the following Monday morning. Dropped off my car at 11:00am per my appointment. I planned to pick up the car the next day as I had some other business out of town. Received a video mid-afternoon from the service tech working on my vehicle showing my car up on the lift, explaining the condition of the parts he encountered while preforming the work, and his progress and projected completion tiime that afternoon. That was the first time I’d ever had that done at a dealership, and I found it reassuring to actually see the work in progress and hear directly from the gentleman doing the work. Very cool. Car was ready that afternoon, although I’d already made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Everything about the experience, drop off through pick up, was seamless and easy. No surprises. Very professional throughout. A very positive experience.

Grace Goryoka We had a fantastic experience with George at Athens Auto Repair. Him and his team did a wonderful job on my older car. They were quick, honest, affordable, and fair. I never felt like I was being upsold or misled. My entire experience was amazing and the only thing that was better than their great work was their customer service. George was incredibly friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’ve definitely found mine. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Keith Sanders I’ve used Butler many time for many years and their work has been consistently excellent for me. This has included a wide range of types of service needs, all the way from oil changes and general inspections up to major engine work… mostly on an older vehicle. The costs are way less than dealer estimates, and their work stays true.

Allison Williams As a young female, I get very anxious about having my car looked at. It is not uncommon for mechanics to over-charge or misguide young women into spending way more to fix their vehicle than necessary. Randy is the complete opposite! Instead of convincing me work needed to be done on it immediately, he addressed the main issue, and told me what to pay attention to so far as what else may be needing work soon. He was kind, respectful, and communicative throughout the process. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Randy is your guy!

Myke Ward I needed an oil change, my tires rotated, and an alignment. I also needed my taillight fixed and the electrical wiring. As I walked through the door, I understood the high Google review rating and knew why I had decided to go to Car Doctor. Justis was friendly and the mechanic/technician delivered the car on time as Justis said they would. The service was quick, an excellent repair job and they have fair, reasonable pricing.
