WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! R. Graham Leon provided excellent, quick service! In a world where car dealerships make you wait 2-3 months to repair your car and provide you with no means of transportation in the meantime or have you leave their shop with your car in worse shape than it was when you took it, Leon was a dream. Since it was nearly closing time when I called him about my car, he asked me to have it to him by 8a the next morning. I took it. Within 30 minutes he called me with a quote. By the end of my work day, my car was ready to be picked up. On top of his fast service and genuine desire to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, he didnt charge me a ridiculously large amount for the parts or labor. Its a blessing to know theres at least one good, honest mechanic available to us. I hope hes around a long time.

Sarah Stamer Was heading back home up north after our vacation in Florida and noticed our temperature gauge light came on. Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

He took the time to show off his work with a tour of his facility. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his craftsmanship. Leigh Bonner Ive heard nothing but great things about Grinstead Garage. Ive never used them myself but I have delivered auto parts to them. Always very polite. Ive got to get some work done on my car soon and Ill be going here. Ive been told by my co workers they are very honest!
