The convenience and easy of scheduling with Dawn and Kloey was much needed with my business schedule! The ease of not having to rearrange my schedule, they come right out to you. I had to use them multiple times and I’ll be using them again!

R. Graham Leon provided excellent, quick service! In a world where car dealerships make you wait 2-3 months to repair your car and provide you with no means of transportation in the meantime or have you leave their shop with your car in worse shape than it was when you took it, Leon was a dream. Since it was nearly closing time when I called him about my car, he asked me to have it to him by 8a the next morning. I took it. Within 30 minutes he called me with a quote. By the end of my work day, my car was ready to be picked up. On top of his fast service and genuine desire to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, he didnt charge me a ridiculously large amount for the parts or labor. Its a blessing to know theres at least one good, honest mechanic available to us. I hope hes around a long time.

Chantelle Cleveland I drive a 2002 C320 WAGON with 244,000+ miles. I was in immediate need of an experienced mechanic for my car. A towing company recommended his business to me. He went over my car thoroughly and kept me informed about all the critical issues he came across. Diagnostics, Repairs and Routine maintenance was done and I am super happy I have a mechanic to get my car to 500,000 miles, God willing. The cost was reasonable, considering all the items addressed. Knowledge, experience and quality doesnt come cheap. Thank you Gary Thistlewood! FYI:Harmonic Balancer he replaced, among other things.

Christopher Wilk My experience working with this company was excellent. They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

Malayya F Ive had what I refer to as a "jumping" or "lurching" symptom with my vehicle that I had not been able to get resolved at the shop I used to go to locally. The day I came in to this establishment, my vehicle had suddenly began lurching more extremely & the check engine light came on. Luckily, I was right outside! The staff was kind and a mechanic was able to check on my vehicle within an hour even though they were about to close. They had parts ordered and my vehicle ready the very next day. It was quite a positive experience!

Ron Barksdale I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry. Typically dealing with car issues and mechanics is something you dread and try to avoid, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these folks and entrusting my truck to them.
