Carmen Meadows Grant’s Tire and Auto was very helpful. Right before they closed one afternoon my battery came on. They checked to be sure it was the battery. I did need a new battery so they ordered one to be delivered very early the next morning. I Took my car in very early and was able to pick up before nine on. Very easy check in and checking out. I would recommend Grant Tire and Auto to my family and friends.

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

Logan Vargas I went to Magic Mechanic for a simple oil change. The online booking was simple and easy and I was able to get my car service quickly. After talking to their General Manager Matt I was also able to schedule a new set of tires for the following Monday. Matt was super helpful and gave me a personal recommendation for a set of tires that would last me significantly longer for a little more money. I cant emphasize enough how happy I am with my purchase and the help that Matt was able to provide. Id recommend this location to anyone in the area.

The price was cheaper than competitors, but the quality of repair and professionalism in the office outshined the other repair shops I interacted with.
