1 /5 Dr. Joni Hoxsey: I just called and spoke with Amy who was not very professional. I am looking for service on an Alfa Romeo. First, her response was that they only service European cars. My husband and I tried explaining it’s an Italian car (in Europe). I called back hoping to speak to a manager. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and began to raise her voice. She was not cordial and was no help at all. They advertise that they service European cars with a list that includes in more. It’s a simple fix but I’ll find someone else who’s more willing to take my money and better understands customer service.

5 /5 Willow Cottage Weddings: Roberts Automotive took great care of my daughter’s Volvo. It had to have the engine replaced due to a timing chain issue and it drives like a dream again!! We thank James and crew for all of the work they did to get her back on the road again.
